Rahm Emanuel (D-IL) plans to introduce an amendment to the the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations bill to cut funding for Cheney’s office.” [therawstory.com]
Rahm Emanuel also released the graphic above to show how our government works in the eyes of Cheney. That’s right, there are now four branches of government. Funny thing is, I don’t remember learning of the “Dick Cheney” branch in school. Maybe it’s some form of a “shadow government”.
So this administration really, truly, does believe that they are above the law. If there is a time or reason for impeachment in all of American history, it is now. But their “co-presidency” is almost up, and what more harm could they do except to start a war with Iran. I mean neither of them will be the next president.

about Emanuel he is supposedly really close with Barack Obama and might actually be his running mate if he wins. I know this might be off the topic of Cheney but i don’t like him because he didn’t like how howard dean spent money in the DNC
Emanuel will do anything to win elections. which is why we saw many moderate democrats get elected in 06. And he is also a moderate, like Obama. Emanuel has declarded war on progressives and our agenda. he seems as if he wants to take the party in a moderate direction.
