and in turn the voting youth of America. They are scared to answer questions on the War in Iraq, climate change, healthcare, stem cell research, and civil rights. Why? Because they are, for the most part, on the wrong side of every issue.
Only Ron Paul and John McCain have signed on to the CNN/YouTube debate scheduled for September 17th in Florida. Both are idiots. Now comes news that the debate might be moved to a later date because of the candidates’ busy schedules. But it’s most likely because of the candidates’ being careless about the youth vote.
The Republican party is a mess for the 2008. Their set of lousy ‘candidates’ have no chance against any of the Democrats. They will be crushed in 2008, and they will have to nominate a moderate like Giuliani in order to appeal to more voters. Too bad the fight couldn’t be harder and more fun.
Why do you think the Republicans won’t go to this important debate?

Dan, while I agree that the Republican Presidential field is weak from top to bottom, especially in comparison to the Democratic field, I don’t think it’s a given that any Democrat will “crush” any of the Republican candidates. Remember, there are still a lot of folks here in America who will always cast their votes for a Republican over a Democrat, and Democrats still have a lot of ground to make up to build up the party in regions where we haven’t traditionally done well in Presidential elections.
BTW…like the new look!
